Only a few weeks in, so far mostly good
Super easy to swap over. Less than an hour from online form to connection.
Absolutely ZERO frills. No account login, no online customer service, not even a notification my internet was approved and changing.
Talk about fast and zero F**ks given...
I applied for the account at midday and at 1pm my internet went down. No idea why at the time. It came good in about 10 mins and half an hour later I got my welcome text from Kogan. The following day I got some welcome emails. No dashboard makes me nervous though, no online customer service either only a phone number and let's be honest... Kogan isn't known for their stella customer service. Lets see. 2 Stars because of the poor email and sms comms during sign up.
They resell TPG so speed is good, however there are some latency issues from time to time and they also do comply with certain sites being gov blocked which my previous ISP didn't. So, you'll need a VPN.
